Meredith Mesquita, M.S., CCC-SLP

Meredith is the owner and sole clinician of Far North Speech Therapy, LLC. She is an Alaskan licensed and nationally board certified speech-language pathologist specializing in pediatric speech and language development in Anchorage since 2015. She was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Western Washington University and her Master’s of Science from University of Wyoming. Meredith has experience working with children across a range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, developmental language disorders, autism, ADHD, AAC, and early intervention. Her approach is child-centered, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming, with a focus on building functional communication skills through engaging, individualized therapy. She is certified in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) through Pyramid Educational Consultants and holds an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist certification from Evergreen Certifications. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family and little rescue dog Corra, playing board games, sports, traveling, and doing anything outdoors.
